Journal Prompt Overview

As I said in my first post, I am going to be doing journal entries using my journal prompt jar. I have scrounged the internet looking for as many prompts as I could find. Before I get to that, I thought it would be nice to let you know how it’s going to work. If you want to join in, you can borrow the printouts that I made and do it along with me!

So first:

I read a bazillion journal prompt blog posts I found on Pinterest.

Then I found ones that I thought I might be comfortable sharing, and I made a big huge list. I have 119 different questions to potentially answer then I wrote a numbered list that you can find on this page here.

in a separate Google document, I just typed out the numbers in a slightly large font. I went from 1-140, so I have a few extra if I find any more good questions. Then I printed that out, and cut out all of the numbers individually.

Then I folded all of them up and put them in a jar.

When I want to journal, I’ll draw a number from the jar, pull up my prompt list, and write my post.

So! If you want to add journaling to your routine, feel free to download my PDFs and join in! Or you don’t even have to download anything. If you want, just come back here and you can see the prompts I used and write your own response!

You can write your own blog post, or even just share your answer in my comments section! If you do choose to write your own blog post, please tag me in it too! I would love to read your answers!

I can’t wait to see who joins me! Keep watching, I plan to post my first journal entry in the next couple of days!

Have a lovely day!
